Low-Riders or Hi-Risers. What are your favorite? For example Low-Riders are a part of the American culture and very had to miss. They are usually seen on the west coast. Low-Riders are so famous that car enthusiast the world over are making their own version of these automobiles.
However things are different in the south. Instead of lowering their cars to the ground. In the south they raise their cars up and put large custom wheels under the fenders. Usually custom rims from 26 inches to 32 inches. We have seem some cars sporting rims as big as 46 inches and called Sky-Scrapers. Why do Low-Riders, Hi-Risers and Sky-Scrapers car owners modify their car to such extremes? It’s a cultural thing!
